Net zero strategy and implementation pathways
Project Overview
Rewild Agency partnered with Caulfield Grammar School (CGS), a leading independent co-educational school in Melbourne, to support the school’s pathway to net zero.
The project combined a sustainability audit with a greenhouse gas emissions reduction strategy across CGS’s four campuses, with a focus on establishing a baseline, identifying reduction opportunities, and defining practical implementation pathways.
Key Services Provided
Sustainability audit across energy, waste, and water management.
Baseline greenhouse gas emissions assessment across the school’s campuses.
Net zero emissions strategy development, including reduction opportunities, target setting, implementation pathways, and assessment of cost effectiveness and environmental impact.
Our Methodology
Reviewed CGS’s existing approach to managing energy, waste, and water use to identify current strengths and operational gaps.
Established a baseline emissions footprint and identified opportunities to reduce emissions and waste across the campuses.
Defined a net zero emissions target and assessed implementation pathways, including the cost effectiveness and environmental impact of recommended projects.
Rewild Agency’s Impact
Provided CGS with a clearer understanding of its current sustainability performance across key operational areas.
Established a baseline emissions footprint to support emissions reduction planning and future decision-making.
Developed a structured pathway toward net zero, with recommended projects assessed against both cost effectiveness and environmental impact.
