Sophie Hutchinson
DIRECTOR – ESD & REGENERATIVE DESIGN
Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Environmental Policy, Geography and the Environment from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has over 15 years of consultancy and in-house experience in both the UK and Australia. She brings an international perspective to advise on sustainable building outcomes. She is a member of WELL Faculty, and an Accredited Professional in both Green Star (GSAP) and the WELL Building Standard (WELL AP). She is also trained as a BREEAM Assessor, LEED Green Associate and is Living Future Accredited (LFA).

Abbie Freestone
DIRECTOR – CLIMATE & ESG
Abbie holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability (Leadership for Sustainable Development Major) from Monash University and a Bachelor of Environments from The University of Melbourne (Urban Design and Planning Major). Abbie leads Rewild Agency’s climate and ESG advisory assisting organisations with climate and ESG governance, risk, resilience, and decarbonisation. She is a trained B Consultant an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and is also advising many clients on preparing for their mandatory climate reporting obligations under the ASRS (AASB S2 standard).

Lucinda Hirth
SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environmental Engineering from RMIT University. She has over 10 years of sustainability experience across government, infrastructure, and construction sectors in particular. Lucy currently specialises in Science Based Targets modelling and helping clients to set validated SBTi targets, developing robust GHG emissions inventories, conducting life cycle assessments (LCAs) and developing credible decarbonisation strategies. Lucinda helps guide clients through complex standards and frameworks.

Jorge Riesco
SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Jorge holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Environment from the University of Melbourne. He is a Mechanical Engineer who recognises the complexity of Architecture. He offers a strong technical foundation and a multidisciplinary approach to sustainable design. Passionate about comfort and sustainability, he focuses on the effective integration of engineering and architecture. He believes that integrating these disciplines is essential in pursuing Sustainable Development and is enthusiastic about participating in the design stage of buildings.

Isabel Stephenson
SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT
Isabel holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Monash University and a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from San Francisco State University. Isabel has an ability to analyse, research, and synthesise complex data using impact assessment tools, with a proven ability to achieve tangible sustainability outcomes for clients. She assists Rewild’s clients with B Corp certification, Climate Active certification, voluntary GHG emissions reporting, and auditing internal data management systems. Isabel is also passionate about conducting nature and biodiversity risk and impact assessments in alignment with the TNFD framework.

Ryan Panacheril
GRADUATE ESD CONSULTANT
Ryan holds a Masters of Engineering (Sustainable Energy) from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Sustainable Systems Engineering - Honours) from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Business (Management) from RMIT University. Ryan is experienced in Green Star certification and conducting life cycle assessments (LCAs) and analysing + reducing upfront embodied carbon of buildings. Ryan is a collaborative project team member that ensures project milestones are met. He assists with a wide range of data analysis requirements across the projects he works on.
