6 Star Green Star at SHAPE Brisbane Office

In another example of walking the talk, Rewild Agency acted as the Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) at SHAPES' Brisbane office refurbishment, which also achieved certified 6 Star (Interiors v1.3).  

Key initiatives to achieve the 6 Star rating include:

•Excellent Indoor Environmental Quality: natural light and views with floor-to-ceiling windows,

•Sustainably Sourced: use of recyclable products, donation of existing furniture and sustainable product materials like FSC timber, cork, and natural stone, incorporating a mix of organic materials, as well as compliant PVC in cables and blinds. 

•Biophilic: integrated planting and lush greenery, adding nature to the space.

•Responsible Construction: 90% recycling rate for construction and demolition waste and implemented a range of sustainable site practices.

•Material reuse: where possible, materials were sourced from SHAPE’s old office, or from discarded site materials, to give them a new life in the refurbished fit out.
